Anyway.
Bibeast, ArmCheddon, Wendigo etc were all at normal size, chained up etc. BiBeast had no fight left in him:

The burning/dying/reforming? That wasn't WBH's power. That was the power of the villain's wishes backfiring on them:
Some of them wished for him to be removed from Earth. That wish was granted with the exile to the Dark Dimension (so much for BFR not working, amirite??).
Some of them wished for him to suffer as they did. Which backfired by them now having to burn/reform for eternity.
Summary: the villains were NOT amped x1000 times when WBH melted them, and them being melted was due to WBH being amped by their backfired wish to burn and reform for all eternity. They would have melted from anything else, WBH and Betty's punching each other was not needed.
Just to clarify, if people misunderstand me.
WBH and Betty were equals in power.
WBH was cutting loose.
If he and Betty melted, everyone else would too, as they would all suffer equally.
If WBH stubbed his toe endlessly, the villains would have also suffered as he did. It doesn't mean WBH had the new power to suddenly stub everyone's toes.
