Well, this thread got ugly. I tried to make it a good convo by dispelling or confirming some myths. When it was obvious the myths were still not confirmed and we probably were not going to get them confirmed any time soon, I felt like the convo and this thread topic were done.

Congrats! Must feel nice. How do you feel about returning to work, though? And why do you think NYC is allowing people to go back despite NY and NJ still having a majority of all the daily cases and deaths in the US? Some people feel like it is a dystopian biological warzone up there and may be apprehensive to return to work when it is still fairly ugly.
We can technically work in the office, tomorrow, but they may keep us working remotely until May 1st. They talked about a stupid rule about not meeting in the conference rooms...but then there is no point to go back to the office other than to just waste money on commuting and sitting at our desks. 😐
