For a speedster who's source of speed are the same between combat and traveling speed, for Superman though, its hard to say as we don't even know how he even flies, cause if he flies by propelling himself forward by some force then it wouldn't affect combat speed and it'd even be able to say his traveling speed on foot is a cause of him propelling himself by the same force. I mentioned flying cause its one of the ways he travels btw. In the case where his traveling speed on foot and traveling speed while flying is different then it'd be likely to say he runs using pure leg strength which could be applied to combat speed, but that brings up the next question of which is faster; supes flying or running? Cause in a third case where his flying capability is relative to how he generally moves then whatever combat speed and traveling speed on foot he has would be completely equal across the board.
