Like I said, the feat is nice, covering all that distance in the blink of Heimdall's eye.
But it still took him by surprise (which was the entire plan, getting past the guard and starting invasion with no detection) and no such mindblowing speed was used during the actual fight.
It's like saying Parker could easily web Wolverine up --- even though the only time he did that (for a brief time) was when Logan had his claws sheathed and wanted to apprehend the homicidal mutant kid.
Whenever Logan was ready for him, webbing failed.
Better example -- Logan ready for Living Lightning, who is trying to blitz him same way Glads did to Heimdall (but without the element of surprise, since Logan sensed him) --- how well did it work out for LL? Oh, right. He knocked himself out.
Kinda makes sense now why Glads didn't try to bullrush Heimdall during their fight now, doesn't it...? All that momentum could get used against him, that's what skilled fighters do all the time in comics.
