I posted it, Glads hit Heimdall

Post what happened afterwards, Albert.

Not only Heimdall shrugged it off, he hit Gladiator and in the end, Glads was shown with his costume torn and bleeding after he dealt with Heimdall.

Do I really have to post the whole scene?

Even though Phil and others have done so over 9,000 times already?

stilt, we're talking about combat speed here, not durability. SO no its not relevant but it's a great durability feat for Heimdall, irrelevant, but impressive

Exactly --- we're talking about the combat speed.

Therefore, you should know that - aside from the initial charge - Glad failed to subdue Heimdall quickly and took quite a few hits before he eventually won the fight.

So... in the actual COMBAT... his speed wasn't so impressive.

Admittedly, same can be said about Superman's many showings.

😂 stilt, LETS BE HONEST, there's DOZENS and i mean DOZENS of Superman blitzes doing FAR less than Glads. you know that

Stilt just bopped you bro

Next person to mention Gladiator goes away for a week.

Sure, I agree. It's a nice feat for Glads.

Too bad it was followed by less than stellar performance.

Edit your post Stilt.

Haha the fact you think Flash fighting Zoom is more impressive than Superman putting the moon back together in no time is frankly laughable. Did you ask your DC writer friend or son again?
No, I asked Batman who was talking to Superman while he was putting the moon back together in ( no time ). Then I asked flash what was Superman doing while he and Zoom were moving and fighting at just light speed. Superman loses here, it's not a bad thing to lose to the Avengers. Talking to Batman, talking to Batman .. keep saying that and something should click in your head👍

So he talked very slowly as he was moving his hands very quickly. What's the problem?

Speed- Superman moves faster than any member of The Avengers lineup can react to. There is no one listed who has a fraction of his speed.

ADVANTAGE- Superman

Invulnerability- If you negate the speed advantage and have comparable reactions between Superman and The Avengers he still wins. Hulk and Whorinson are the only ones who MAY survive an initial onslaught. The second wave would surely destroy them.

ADVANTAGE- Superman

He rebuilt the moon from tiny dust sized particles while Batman failed to complete a sentence. You don’t think that’s fast?

IT was a BLITZ which is combat

They have q convo at normal speed because THE BLITZ was DONE

exactly BLITZ, do you watch NFL football? When they Blitz the qb? You fly at him and knock him down. Ppl can’t fly but they rush at him. That’s what gladiator did and thanks for helping my argument. 👆

GLadiator rushes/blitzed him to knock him down and then had a conversation with him. Again I’m not saying gladiator doesn’t have super speed but your example was terrible way to prove it.

@Dies

It was a blitz before the actual combat began.

What is the battleboard term for it again?

Cheapshot, sucker punch, blindside, etc.

Once Heimdall was aware of Kallark's presence, we see him:

1) blocking HV with his sword,

2) successfully connecting with his first strike,

3) shredding Kallark's uniform and wounding him off-panel.

Seriously. It's a short burst of superspeed which obviously couldn't be maintained during the true combat.

Another example.

Wolverine beating Riptide is much more impressive than him beating Northstar --- not because Riptide is faster than Northstar (he obviously isn't, not even close), but because he needed no tricks against Rip and tagged him in a fair fight.

I guess I gave Gladiator more credit than be deserved. Btw I had t read your post explaining this before I replied to his post.
