Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case in several of these accusations I've read lately. It's either the accuser is not believed/shamed, or the accused is immediately looked at as guilty without any evidence. Except Weinstein, but that's because he assaulted every woman within arm's reach

I don't know how much you read of all of us talking about this topic but Biden and Trump are probably both serial sexual abusers.
Part of the problems are the double standards Democrats are applying to this situation. If it is bad for Trump, it should be bad for Biden.
Did you see the montage of Biden touching and smelling women and children? It's creeeeeeepy as f*ck. I have no doubt that Biden is a sexual predator.
So not only is Abrams hypocritical when it comes to believing women, but she also lied and tried to suggest the NYT had shown Reade was lying.
Of course even if the NYT did flat out state "she is lying", so? Imagine the reaction if republicans responded to demands for an investigation into Kavanaugh with "Well Fox News doesn't find the allegations very credible".

I only read the Reade accusation to be honest. I’m not saying Biden is innocent but I hate people being vilified before sufficient evidence is provided. I have read a little bit more and the dude does seem like a creeper at least but this story seems a bit elevated from what he has been called out for before.
I do agree that the Dems should go as hard at Biden as they did at Trump. Didn’t they do the same thing with Weinstein?

You also might have missed that while Abrams might be acting "sensible" here, she did not do so with Brett Kavanaugh. She believed the accuser before any investigation. She is a hypocrite who is thirsty to be VP, not a sensible politician.

What makes it obvious that Biden is guilty is there was a request for his records to be released. His senate records. They are sealed at the University of Delaware.
Reade believes her complaint will be found in his senator records. Guess what? University of Delaware refuses because of a "procedure" that states they will remain sealed for 2 years until after Biden retires. How interesting that his records will be sealed for long enough for Biden to complete his campaign bid. Doesn't seem suspicious at all.
Reade posits that other staffers' complaints should be in those records which is why she thinks it is sealed.
Also, I had no idea Reade reminded the public of her complaint against Biden last year. It wasn't this year as I thought. It was last year during the summer. Before that Ukraine call with Trump. Before.
This puts her motive in a far less malicious light. This makes her motives that of a woman who cannot stand to see her attacker try to get more support.
My only question is: why didn't she raise complaints when Obama selected Biden as his running mate?
