It annihilated Galactus who feels like he needs Thor AND to amp tremendously to fight against it. That's FAR above anything Darkseid and especially Superman can achieve. Comparing an ant to an elephant again.

But they still haven't even fought yet. Why not sit back and wait to see the outcome?

Black Winter doesn’t consume universes for power, like AM though. BW just destroys them, it’s probably more like Entropy or Oblivion or something, than AM, or whomever.
