Ive read the comic and the scans, and the comic says that the being in the comic was the fate keeper. You have to show me where the hulk fought him and how the hulk defeated him.

Expanding the page adds context. That is not the narrator describing TOBA, but rather the narrator explaining a real life philosopher's discription of the Biblical Satan.
If you feel like the statement mirrors the comics, then TOBA represents the Biblical Satan which she refers to as keeper of the door as well as the other things in that quote.

You should take that into consideration when you cut and crop scans next time. Again that picture of the gate keeper doesn’t add anything. The panel I posted was done so to make it bigger.
You can go up against someone or something without direct confrontation. In this case the hulk fought TOBA by thunder clapping away TOBA’s servant the doorman.
Since carver can’t answer this simple question maybe you can. Did the hulk fight TOBA and win? You don’t have anything to lose because you never made the claims carver did.
