Yeah, and the report from the FBI made it clear it was a perjury trap when the two FBI agents were asked if Flynn lied to them during his interview they had said they didn't believe he had. I don't buy the outrage. They didn't care when Obama pardoned a general for lying to the FBI. It's not that they care about what was done with Flynn, but what matters to them is *who* did it and they see this as ultimately being done to appease Trump.

I'm not coming down on you, specifically, but I do have a comment about the FBI:
All of the FBI people I have worked with, every single one of them, have been genuinely good and honest people. I don't think we should throw the entirety of the FBI out just because of a few bad apples. They have strict hiring requirements and behavior requirements once hired. I've said multiple time that 9/10 cops are good cops and the 1/10 ruin it for the rest of them. But with the FBI, it's probably closer to 1/400 being bad (or even less than that).
Even among the people that participated in this sedition and corruption attempt, I bet multiple people raised a stink about the unfairness. Some of these things may be classified. That or they insulated the evidence and the people from the case such that only the bad-apples participated. You're not read into cases unless you "need to know."

The rank and file FBI agents, for the most part, seem like okay people. It seems most of the bad actors in the FBI are in the higher up positions.
