Reconstruction and much later amendments are held in lower regard for a reason. Prohibition is one of fhose reasons.

And that is why the Founders original vision is sacred. They knew exactly what they were doing by giving the citizens unfettered and unrestricted access to defend themselves from tyranny.

That would include support for slavery and no first amendment, you dickwad.

Slavery was never really a right outlined in it to begin with. It was dehumanizing people as "non human" that drove it.

Not the documents fault there.

I didn't say right, I said support, which you just admitted it did.

Not so, without the documents they wouldn't need to rationalize that blacks were not people. 😛

So, the original constitution accepted that blacks were not people? Is that a world you want to go by?

The constitution never defined what a person is.

But who would ever think to do so?

"We, the people,"

"We, the people,"

They were mostly lawyers. Rationalizing is what they do.

"So this includes blacks?"

"Lulz no blacks ain't people, they crows."

Then the founders original version isn't sacred, you dipshit.

Sure it was. Their vision was perfect for people.

Blacks benefit from it the same as anyone else.

With the amendments you hold in lower regard for a reason.

By you maybe. It's considered a living document for a reason. If something is broken, the ability to fix it is written into it. I'd say the number of mass shootings we have today counts as something being broken.

Living document to loony lefties maybe.

To the rest of us good citizens it is our only hope from tyranny.

I'd say the amendments kinda represent that to anyone who didn't want to be a slave, ya know?

Then make another amendment that says "no to guns" I mean, you did it with alcohol.

By that I mean, you had an amendment saying no to alcohol and then another amendment saying, okay we can have alcohol.

Not according to the second amendment.

All rights outlined in the constitution are subject to regulation. All of them.

By definition, amendments are not part of their original vision.

Precisely. Only f**ktard lefties/"progressives" wrongly view Constitution as a living document which implies it changes with the times (aka conforms to the fee fees of modern day snowflake "liberals"😉

Shame that our "education system" has filled their head with this commie BS.

Constitution and great wisdom of our founding fathers >>>>>>>>> woke "know-it-all" lefties. 👆 👆

So the amendments (including the aforementioned Bill of Rights are what? ****tard lefty bullshit?

Sorry, but the Bill of Rights portion of Constitution (which is, by far, the most important part) does not change with the times based on how snowflake libbies feel about them at the time.

They are inalienable rights that are immutable. Get over it, commies.
