I'm asking what evidence there is they were seen? Capturing it on video doesn't mean the McMichaels saw it as it happened.

So has anyone come forward and said "yeah they noticed me while I was trespassing and did nothing?"

yes he did. he had a security camera which pushed all detected movement and notified him. that's why the footage of the other white trespassers exists in the first place. jfc dude
