Racial discrimination almost definitely played a part.Assuming a mostly white neighborhood.
Put it this way, a white UPS driver went to an all black apartment complex. He was driving with a black guy, who told him "Let me take this. You go in there, you ain't coming out."
So here you have a black guy in an all white neighborhood and want to say race doesn't matter? Of course it matters.
I honestly can't tell if this is satire

I didn't.
I looked everything up, brand new, in about 2-3 minutes. Much faster than just finding all my posts in this thread (which were better links, by the way).
It also proves that neither you nor Whirly were honest actors because you could have either look in this thread or looked it all up with google just as easily as I did.
Does it not prove that neither of you were honest in "demanding" those "links"? I still didn't look through all my posts in this thread. 🙂
re: first link:
Barnhill argued in his recusal letter that the McMichaels had “solid first hand probable cause” that Arbery was a burglary suspect. Barnhill did not elaborate on what that probable cause was or how he’d reached that conclusion, although two thefts had occurred in the neighborhood in the first two months of the year. One was a theft of $2,500 worth of fishing equipment from English’s property, which he said he didn’t report to police but confirmed to The Daily Beast. The second report was of the theft of a 9mm handgun from Travis McMichael’s unlocked truck, which was first obtained by the Brunswick News.
so exactly like whirly said: one actual reported crime and one after-rhe-fact excuse with nothing to substantiate. should I waste my time reading through the rest? maybe later.

There was a rash of break-ins and burglaries in my neighborhood back in 2016. 3 homes were hit (but we were the only house on our street at the time). My front door was kicked in and they had 30 seconds to steal anything at all before the house alarm went off. They ran straight to the master bedroom closet, looked at the jewelry box (which had nothing in it because we weren't fully moved in at the time) and ran right back out. They ran right passed the iPad Pro which was a $1200 electronic device...probably smart enough to know not to steal Apple iOS devices. After confirming with people in the street over that they were also hit, I bought a home video security system and it is awesome.
My particular situation was definitely a rash but the McMichael's neighborhood was worse.
So your new game, I suppose, is only proving officially filed police reports? But why? How is that even remotely honest with what we are talking about?

Mr. English wants to correct the mistaken impression that he had shared this video or any other information with the McMichaels prior to the McMichaels’ decision to chase Mr. Arbery,” Graddy said. “The homeowners had not even seen the February 23 video before Travis McMichael shot Mr. Arbery

Yes, you should.
So let me get this straight: the new goalpost is to only prove officially filed police reports and not the actual break-ins and 911 calls, right?
So I proved you both wrong and now you moved the goalposts?
Do you understand why no one wants to engage you two in this line of reasoning? It's really dishonest.
Series of break-ins: proven beyond a shadow of a doubt with video evidence and 911 calls.
Rash of break-ins with at least 2 confirmed instances of theft.
Why do you and Whirly want this to be something else? What point does it serve? What is the underlying point? That the break-ins didn't happen?
