This resolution passed because of complaints from over 600 asians, and a bad incident at a chinese diner. I can't find anything about anti-semetic incidents in connection though, despite the article claiming there are.
And everyone else is silent on the anti-Semitism, talking only anti Chinese incidents.

I was aware of the heightened hate crimes against Asians when Trump started with his "Its the Chinese!!!" commentary. Gun sales among Asians are (or were) on the rise too, due to fear.
