someone who claims to have been reading comics for 30+ years should know this no?

THAT'S MON EL, NOT Superman. CHARACTERS feats don't transfer to other beings, that's common sense on every forum. Superman needed help from Kyle and others to even move a lesser weight of a planet.

😂 People in the 21st century still think Supes can beat Gladiator?

It TOOK a decade for Supes to finally destroy a planet something Gladiator's been doing for years.

Gladiator can move planets and collapse stars:

Superman isn't CONSISTENTLY portrayed at that level ^, idk how many times i gotta tell dudes that

You say that like Superman spent a decade going around punching planets trying to destroy them.

It's a dumb argument, and you should know better.

And it's not like comparable feats don't exist.

Moving the gears of Maggedon, redirecting the Monitor nanotech (What were they, planet sized? Solar system? Huge, whatever they were)

Take a peek at who you are responding to.

The problem is that catching a bullet is identical to catching a bullet. Yet, destroying worlds (plural) collaterally while fighting an opponent is different enough from directly acting on a single planet (so your analogy is poor).
Thus, DarkSaint doesn't answer my question but rather tosses out something somewhat related.

So I did what he failed to do, that being providing something close to what he provided.

Your question was whether Superman had ever been in a fight that threatened worlds.

I answered that he has destroyed a world (on his own) so statements shouldn't really be needed. For Superman, Gladiator or otherwise.

Doesn't Mean Supreme face Gladiator?

Is he the pictured version?

Are crossovers allowed?

Okay. I apologise if I was overly snappish. I just really don't like the kind of people that do have agendas and won't just be open about their shit.

It's okay.

Re-reading issues 3 and 4 is all you need to do, if you want to re-analyze those scenes yourself.

The arc is all about fast-paced action, so no, there wasn't enough time for GL/BL to be hostile first and then change their minds later, as you suggested before.

Once Clark and Bruce escaped with PG and Katana, they were immediately followed. Barely had the time to discuss their plan.

All I know is that Pr is bullying poor sensitive Stilt 👆

Bada will sort him out

I re-read it last night after our posts. I had forgotten that Superman blitzed them first, so that's on me. No chance for a real fight. And yeah, Katana basically ****s any chance of a second "fight" anyway, so we don't see one there either.

I think what I was originally arguing was the intent of the characters, but that's largely moot anyway.

And so did Batman.

Easy thing to do when your "enemy" is not fighting back.

Do note which characters actually were serious --- Force and Starfire. That's why Starfire didn't get blitzed and that's why Force didn't stay down after getting temp blinded (unlike BL, who let Batman take his sweet time with him).

Atom getting stomped was pretty legit, even though he was just a good guy with a bad job, all things considered. That's why he disobeyed Luthor in the end, too.

In their second encounter, PG and Katana were already compromised, so they officially switched sides and attacked Atom and Force.

Yeah. The only thing I disagree with is Atom. If he had been allowed to in the first fight, I think he wouldn't have held back as much as Stewart or Pierce.

That's why I said:

Atom getting stomped was pretty legit (...)

The rest I added, as it explains his lacklustre performance, compared to Force (bloodlusted) or Starfire (personal).

Force was pissed Atom waited so long for them to surrender instead of striking first.

In other words...

My bad, sorry.

My apologies, then.

I admit I'm a little allergic to the subject.

How dare you speak to PR this way!

Nothing like that.

h1 asked how strong/fast Supreme is, so that was my response.

Real talk, Galan.

How many Superman "clones" you could see Clark beating? 😖hifty: 3-4? 10? 100? Over 9000?

On average, I mean. As they're not all equal in power.

Most of them are crap, too.

Sorta, yeah.

And that includes clones spawned by DC itself.

Hulk eat them.

I don't even like Supergirl that much bar the costume.

Which one you don't like? 😖hifty:

And that pic still doesn't have all of them, lol.

There was also that Supergirl with short black hair. She was in Public Enemies.
