By then, it's too late. Without the SS to warn him, Spidey won't be able to avoid multiple tubes from a guy who can process hundreds of thousands of calculations simultaneously. Even more so if he starts doing them as feints and dodges - look how Cap America was able to maneuver Spidey to exactly where he wanted him.

Cap maneuvering a guy who can avoid wall to wall machinegun fire by inch's while in mid air is PIS by my estimation.

Nobody ever gets to outfight Captain America. Even if they should.

The fact he can "only" outplay him by taking advantage of his healing factor and claws (Cap had an opening because he was neutralizing Logan's claws.
