The Ray Vs Black Bolt

The Ray used to be solidly low herald, and below Black Bolt.

I assume this Golgo thread means he’s now much more powerful.

It's not so much power output (I believe BB is easily above Ray in that category), it's also speed and durability. Ray is a legit light speed being composed entirely of energy. How would Black Bolt hurt him, assuming he even hits him? Ray on the other hand can easily tag BB and KO him.

Nah, Ray has much more power then Black Bolt too. Triumph, who's easily Trans tier to abstract level, was scared of Ray's power level.

In JLA, the monster in Bloodwynd's stone said Ray is the strongest character on the planet, even stronger then Superman (And as we all know, Superman is as far above Black Bolt as The Presence is above ant.)
