What a POS. I mean he had no qualm choking a guy out in front of a ton of witnesses filming on their phone. Theres clearly a reason for that.

Anyway that arrogance and smugness will be gone now that He will be locked up probably with plenty of African Americans. Former cop who could do wtf he wanted to a very disliked (to say the least) prison inmate.

he'll probably have no choice but to do solitary.

STOP WONDERMANNING

The issue isn't where you put the copper or what to do with him, as "Sarah Richey" said "what am I gonna do with you", the issue is prevention. The whole situation, come on now this is 2021, the whole situation could have been avoided everyone knows everybody and theirs tics.

There is no Moore. Moore's head schmoores head. I knew the difference.

The fact this is even a faint possibility...

Someones got to talk to Maxine Waters about the realpoltik end of politics. Seriously.

I think he's full of shit and enjoying his new spotlight. maybe he should be a politician if he wants to be a full blown shameless hypocrite. that's certainly a more appropriate arena for that behavior than in a court of law

You have a point.

What's a judge even doing commenting like this. That should be the defense's worry, don't take a side.

No mans land!

No mas!

Knock on my knock muh fuhking door down Nikki!

Got. Damn!

There is nothing hypocritical about what the Judge said. And I completely agree with him that politicians should not be weighing in on an ongoing trial.

Now, the way the GOP has handled her statement certainly is hypocritical considering how they handled a former president and his statements.

what business does the judge have in weighing in? why does his opinion on the trial, politics, and society matter above that of a legislator. he's just another hypocritical blowhard on a stage

It's literally his job. He said this while dismissing the defense's argument for a mistrial. And his opinion on the trial obviously matters more considering he's part of the Judicial system and is the presiding Judge.

it's not his job to advise defense on appealment strategy, nor to comment on supercharged and divisive political stuff. his job is to conduct that trial in such a way that the jury can come to an informed and unmanipulated decision, and more specifically his job is to make sure that the jury doesn't know anything about what any politician is saying. the end. full stop.

He didn't advise the defense. And the jury wasn't fully sequestered.

As the judge for this trial, he should not be weighing it at all and taking what looks like is sides, especially since he's not sentenced Chauvin yet.

But the defense was always going to find anything to appeal, this is the #1 case in the spotlight. iirc They've already tried the "the jury can't be unbiased in the case" even before it started.

How about I don't be quiet?

The rest is just more lies from you as usual, Trumper.

Calling me a trumper, is that your best?

X said it best, you white liberals are the worse enemies for Blacks. All you do is gaslighting, pretending to give a **** when really you just love to hear yourselves talk about inequality when really you don’t really care.

So yes, shut up!

As someone with a black child, she has both us and UK passports and another on the way, who lives in Africa, who has given plenty of proof of identity and evidence I am married to a black woman. I ask you faceless Trumper poster... Why should I, as a liberal, shut up?

Kyle Rittenhouse is next i suspect. Glad Chauvin got what he deserved.

More reason/proof that our "criminal/justice system" needs to be overhauled.

"October 4, 2016 a school bus stops to let a 7 year old girl named Amiya Braxton off from school in Pontotoc, MS. The driver behind the bus, Karen Carpenter jumped the curb and grass, passing on the right, hit Amiya and dragged her little body. Amiya died in the driveway at her own home. The driver #KarenCarpenter tried to flee the scene of the murder. No arrests, no charges, no indictments have been made. This is probably the first time you’re hearing about this story.
Twice the case has been sent to grand jury & twice they have declined to indict the driver on any charges. It doesn’t make any sense!
She didn’t stop for a stopped school bus with the school bus sign out and killed a 7 year old little girl. She needs to be in jail and held accountable for killing a child! Give Amiya’s parents closure for senselessly losing their daughter."
