I think the words he is looking for are "opportunistic selfish criminals who don't give a shit about anyone but themselves."

But that's harder to type out. I think "thugs" or "criminals" is a better label.

If there is, I'd point out the fact that 90%+ of the black people in these riots do NOT participate in these criminal activities. It's a small minority (no pun intended) and grouping all black people as this or that is racist or close-minded.

The only time it is okay to generalize a demographic is when it comes to Democrats: all of them are racists.
