TBF, SilentMaster might not be aware that the National Guard is part of the US military, a facet of the US Army and US Air Force.

now you're backpedaling to previous failed spin attempts. he made a general statement that shooting will start as a response to looting, in the same tweet in which he announced that he's sending in the national guard. the implied threat to have looters shot just for looting is clear, and that would be murder. Since inciting murder is illegal, trump already broke the law without a shot fired
