Last week, ransomware hackers struck a law firm that has an extensive celebrity clientele list. The group known as REvil locked up the files Grubman Shire Meiselas & Sacks, claimed to have stolen 756 gigabytes of data, and demanded a $21 million ransom to restore order. The hackers further threatened to leak the files they had stolen if the firm refused to pay. Which it has. That brings us to this week, when REvil not only doubled the ransom to $42 million, but leaked what it says are 2.4 GB worth of Lady Gaga's legal documents. Take this next part with a grain of salt, or even a boulder: The hackers also said they had "dirty laundry" on Donald Trump, that they would release in a week if they weren't paid. Trump has apparently never been a GSMS client, though, making it entirely possible or even likely that REvil is bluffing. Given that GSMS has steadfastly refused to pay up, we should know for sure in a few days either way.

as the article states, it could well have been a bluff. that's why I posted it.

This is what "Anonymous" and wikileaks are supposed to do: expose corruption and hidden crimes through data dumps and hacks.

Anonymous hacked the Minneapolis Police department's website, I read this morning.

My thoughts are I'm proud he stopped being friends with Epstein a long time ago(unlike prominent dems who attended a party epstein threw after getting out of jail in 2009).

I'm very proud that, according to a lawyer repping Epstein's victims, Trump was the only person willing to help out and give info about Epstein.

That is pure Michigan to me. And now that your narrative has been rendered asunder: my child, what do you think about the info just revealed?

do you have evidence that Clinton refused to cooperate with the case, or had anything to offer in the first place? Also, law enforcement is only interested in relevant info to the case. didn't make you pause for a moment and wonder how/why trump had info to help the authorities in a human trafficking case?

I'm not digging to find the clip cuz I've posted it in the past, but I'm just going by what their lawyer said. Out of everyone they reached out to Trump was the only one willing to help.

I don't know who they did or did not reach out to, but it'd be silly if they didn't reach out to ol' Billy boy. Especially since they reached out to someone who was far less close to Epstein.

you're just assuming based on feelings and party loyalty. no proof exists (to the public at least) that Clinton had any relevant info to share, nor that he was solicited for info from the authorities...which would have also applied to trump if he didn't actually have relevant info to share, and shared it

if this was a friend or someone in your family, and they told you they talked to the FBI to share info they had on a human trafficking case, would you not have some questions of your own for them?

Now the guy could be the worst lawyer in the world and simply not have tried to contact Clinton I'll grant you that. Do you disagree with me when I say a good lawyer would have sent out stuff to even Bill? Especially if they're gonna ask Trump too?

If someone I knew was helping the FBI by giving info on someone they had cut ties with years ago who was being investigated I'd say "good on you".
