Gladiator's mind-set of being a brutal killer is the only reason that I can't give Lobo the win. Lobo was able to fight Shazam to a near stalemate, but again Shazam doesn't have that killer instinct that Gladiator does. In their first fight, Lobo cleaned house with Superman, but Superman wasn't fighting him with the same amount of heart as he fought Doomsday. We later see Superman eclipsed by a Black Diamond of Eclipso, which resulted in a one shot KO on Lobo. I think Gladiator takes this but it wouldn't be easy, and Lobo may even be able to pull a few wins if they fought several times.

I'd give Gladiator 65% chances of winning with all powers, and CIS being accounted for.

Sinestro is pretty brutal and Lobo toyed with him. Lobo has better combat feats in general
