Gladiator does have many weaknesses that Lobo can capitalize on and get him the way. Lobo is virtually indestructible, immortal, insane regeneration speed, and survive even in outer space. I do have second thoughts about when Gladiator carries Lobo up into space. It is debatable. Lobo wouldn't just stand there frozen solid and enjoying the ride lol. He would obviously react to and attack Gladiator in mid-way. Lobo can't fly and that's the only drawback. Lobo wouldn't be able to chase Gladiator down endlessly.

Lobo can't fly, but don't forget about his Spacehog, which allows him to escape planetary explosions and the pull of black holes. His bike should be considered standard gear/tech.

616 Gladiator is that fast as well h1. I explained how Lobo's powers work. They partially depend on his opponent, as he fluctuates in power.

I now get what some are saying. Lobo does not do logical. He acts as if he has the toon force. In other words, it's possible for him to fight up to Glads speed by uttering some nonsense prior (like what he did to Flash). Glads still has the range and mobility though. Lobo can regenerate. That means if Glads does not string all his hits together in time then Lobo would recover and Glads will be back at square one with some loss of confidence. This might can go either way but I'm still slightly leaning towards Gladiator.

Not really. Lobo performs differently depending on his opponent. He does this by lockicking onto his opponents bio-electric energy signature, which is why he has extreme highs at times, and extreme lows at other times. The problem with him fighting Gladiator, is that Gladiator's powers are psionic in nature.
