This kid allegedly commited suicide by drowning.

Drowing suicides raise red flags to me, there are far easier ways to kill yourself then suffocating. If you wanted to murder someone, drowning them would erase evidence like fingerprints..

People have jumped into huge fires to commit suicide and that sounds far worse than drowning. So maybe you're just a dumbdumb?

Pretty sure investigators have recovered fingerprints from bodies that were dumped in water.
