Maybe your cynicism has corrupted your reasoning. Again, I'm talking about the full body of Republican voters. A very significant percentage of which will not be voting for trump. They are not all 100% easily programmed retards. The insurrection mattered and it will show, as it currently is showing. Haley has a single digit percentage until her opponents dropped out. Most of those supporters remained anti-trump. That's why she's getting far more votes now. It's not because they think she's so great. It's because she's not trump. It's because she's not an out of the closet fascist dictator. It's way simpler than the big gaslighty WWE plot you seem to believe in

Possible my cynicism has and going with that cynicism:

They are voting for Trump, as he's winning primary after primary and its now only two of them. If the never Trump Republicans were a sizeable force, she'd be winning or it would be much closer primary outcomes. Trump killed it in Idaho and Missouri last week with Republicans. He lost DC but that's going to be an outlier for the most part, considering the Republican voter pool in DC is very small.

Haley's also barely using the Jan 6th insurrection as an attacking point because she knows Republican voters largely don't care. Chris Christie did and he got nowhere.

I stick with my around 85% of Republicans not caring. I do wish for you to be correct here, but I don't see it.

You know what Republicans think is worse than Jan 6th?

Democrats being in power.

They'll blow hard about not voting for Trump and go out and vote for him anyway.

Trump is back on the ballot.

I agree with the SC's decision here, just odd that "muh state's rights!" Republicans were against states doing what they wanted.

Basically what I've been saying. But I don't think they think Jan 6th was all that bad.

Haley won Vermont. These people will not vote for trump. Some will, most won't. They'll either vote Biden, the genetic accident Kennedy, or write in "Sheev Palpatine" or stay home.

Think about it: Haley is Trump's female equivalent. Minus the naked fascism, they seem completely aligned. She's Trump without Trump. Why would a worthless political abomination like that stay afloat unless I'm correct? Unless another coup occurs, I'm not as concerned as I was concerning the election

When Douglas Carswell defected from the Tories to ukip then ran as an MP in the same constituency I saw an interview with a member of the public who said he was voting ukip "cos the Tory guy has done nothing for us for years"

I think people are that daft.

Ha! I meant most voters.

But then again, they keep voting in Labour and Tories, so maybe they are.

^ I seriously doubt Labour will reverse any of these tax cuts, as they are still increases when accounting for inflation.

Main take away for me is that we know Labour is basically already in power now, given Tories have caved in to taking away the Non-Dom tax status, which I personally don't think is the best idea. It was always just a way to attack the Optics of Sunak's wife benefitting from that status.

Especially given potential tax raises don't need to effect most working people. Like add a few % to Capital Gains.

Ha! They actually took a few % off property capital gains.

I'm still not as confident as you with how many will stick to their morals and not vote Trump.

If trump were to ask Haley to be his VP though, she'd "best for the country, something something god and family" reasons to be his VP, despite everything she's said about Trump.

I still think Trump might go with that assclown Tim "we have to be decent" Scott, as Scott's shown he's willing to be Trump's whippingboy and that's exactly what Trump wants in a VP.

Who's going to be your next PM?

Keir Starmer.

Real question is will he be sucking up to Biden or Trump?

Biden.

Remember when Senator Mitch McConnell stood on the senate floor the day after Jan 6th and rightfully blamed Trump for the attack, trying to overturn the election, putting Mike Pence at risk and injuring police officers while gloating? McConnell has now endorsed Trump a 3rd time.

McConnell Jan 2021:

😂 but zero surprise.

I take back what I said since "No Labels" (obvious trump supporter ratfvckers) are going to make their move to sabotage the election. Lots of billionaire scum money being pumped into this

Yeah, they're definitely aimed at siphoning off Biden votes. Don't know how successful they'll be, but the intent is there.

Biden should reach out to Nikki Haley, offer her a job in his bi-partisan cabinet 🙂 She's an assclown, but she's capable and had the accolades.
