I don't think it's just PA, though PA is huge factor. In 2020 it was 306 Biden and 232 Trump, electoral votes.If everything stays the same expect Trump flips only PA, that would be 287 Harris and 251 Trump. He'd have to flip two other swing states.
Even in NC which he won in 2020 by only 1.34%, he could potentially lose in 2024.
edit: NC is now worth 16 (from 15) EC votes in 2024. So Trump would have 252 if he only flips PA.

She did this while addressing the camera and speaking to the viewer, while trump addressed the moderator as if it was a deposition. She was essentially proving that she can handle dealing with a dictator, because like trump they are actually stupid creatures who are easily manipulated, and then she'd throw a rhetorical tennis ball and troll-smile as trump eagerly ran after every one. That alone was magical and will change the silly narrative of "who will you feel safer with when Putin comes a'knockin?"
