There is some resemblance to the second guy who isn't in the shooting video. It might be the same (wrong) guy. However I do not subscribe to the theory that the shooter's central brow became less pronounced, his eyebrows grew closer and bushier, and darkened, his eyes grew thick dark lashes, and he basically turned Italian immediately after the shooting

If the police were going to set someone up, do you thing they would pick a well-to-do man like the suspect?

The killer put messages in the bullet casings ffs. He's obviously not trying to fade from memory and I doubt he fears getting capped himself, or why bother in the first place. Believe what you want: Society is safe because crime doesn't pay, the police are honest and competent, etc

I personally see a fairly strong resemblance between the 3 individuals, but not in a ‘beyond a reasonable doubt’ way. I also wonder if the killer left any kind of DNA at the crime scene?

They claimed to have found DNA on a disposable water bottle, but nothing at the scene. I'm also not really convinced that the shooter would leave a water bottle behind.

Shooter's obviously suffering from some deep mental illness, prison wouldn't help him. He needs therapy and counseling so he can return to being a useful member of society 👆

I'm confused about the killer's motive. I mean the real killer, not Mario the patsy. Now I'm wondering if the messages on the casings were just a red herring, and the shooter was just a straight up cold blooded professional, hired by other executives, on a mission that he had no emotional investment in. I hope that's not true, but it makes sense IMHO, and is just as plausible as the vigilante avenger theory
