This is likely due to liposuction. You are born with all of the fat cells you will ever have, so when they are permanently removed from liposuction, the remaining fat cells get larger to compensate. Since he removed the fat cells on the outside of his abdomen, the visceral fat around his organs is expanding. It causes weird bloating similar to this picture.

That doesn't look natural though. The shape...there are corners and straight-line edges ffs. Looks like his plastic surgeons used a bonesaw on him. He's transforming himself into a cyber truck. [Stole that one 🙂]

It is not natural, it is liposuction. The contour looked normal when it was done, but he subsequently gained weight. So now, all of the carving is starting to show.

I admittedly have slim liposuction knowledge (yeah, I just did that). Can it really lead to such a targeted distortion of the torso...to that degree? I mean...the rest of him looks like regular muddle age shape to me.
