You know towards the end when he argued he did more for African Americans than Lyndon Johnson, it made me realise that he's not a politician. It's like he's speaking a different language. "I created more jobs, therefore I created more jobs for African Americans so I did more for them!" There are so many factors that are obviously irrelevant to him and he only cares about jobs and money.
Okay, for a CEO, I can somewhat forgive that, but that means he really does see the US as a corporation.

Lost it!
This is older but I believe it still holds true to Aug 5th in per capita rating:
The truth about US coronavirus deaths: American fatalities per capita are lower than EIGHT European countries
Here are the current US stats:
Besides, if anyone believes China's numbers I have a bridge to sell you.

The only issue I have with their data is their case fatality rate number is terribly wrong.
They calculate a fatality rate based on hospitalization.
Their hospitalization rate is also wrong: they said it is 20%.
From CDC, lab confirmed Hospitalization for COVID-19 is 130.1 per 100,000 or 0.13%.
https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/covid-data/covidview/index.html#hospitalizations
And the case fatality rate of COVID-19 is 3.1%:
Additionally, the tested mortality rate is 0.25% based on tests.
However, the COVID-19 mortality rate is currently 0.05%. It will keep rising until it "settles" back to baseline. Note that coronavirus deaths existed before SARS-CoV-2 because coronavirus is a cold virus that can cause ARIs which kill people. It's just that this one had a higher R0 and potentially higher mortality rate compared to other strains of coronavirus.
