Historicity of Moses is a pretty damn cool topic and a rabbit hole you can go down that could lasts months, depending on your interests.
The modern "historical" method did not really see "birth" until the Hellenistic Period. Which would have been a bit less than 800 years-ish, after the events of Moses. Imagine that. That's comparable to 1,200 C.E., if you compare it to now. But we have many factual events and people that can be properly attributed to people and events from 1200 C.E. The difference between 400 B.C.E. historians and 2020 historians is modern technology and methods, however. So any writings or descriptions we might have of Moses and the ancient Jews could be conjecture or opinion: never primary source or secondary source information.
A great way to summarize "Moses" from a historical perspective: it would be foolish to say no "Moses" character existed that matches the legend. It would be equally foolish to say Moses definitely existed that matches the legend.

I know I saw that, barely recall but I don't think it wasn't very good. They're
Spoiler:, something like that.
vampires or evil spirits
Maybe I should rewatch, as I do like Brosnan in most films.
