He ad libs everything, and probably has a few drinks in him to boot. The result is this fantastic tear like you'd get with your buddies well into a session at the brewery.

Pretty funny too, imo.

That's... actually a pretty reasonable argument.

Once you get past the mascot, he isn't really wrong. These laws didn't create themselves.

And Biden was elected specifically because he represents stablity after Trumps chaos. But he's a centrist, the rich 1% have nothing to fear from him.

Are you surprise?

Like Obama before him, Biden was against gays. He was also against many things that were put in place to help Blacks.

I think the problem I have with these types of memes is they completely ignore context.

For one government is a tool and system. It can be wielded multiple ways. It also ignores the context that it is run by many different people. I would actually put Biden more on the right side of the political spectrum but to pretend his party hasn't tried to take on income inequality is false.

Obama literally tried to do this during his presidency but the right kept labeling it class warfare and the GOP congress kept undermining anything he could do.

That context does matter.

Context, nice.

So what’s the context with Biden keeping children in cages again?

Or not allowing the press access?

What’s the context of Obama’s ban on Iranians in 2012 again?

"topic, eh? nice

so what about this other different topic?

or this other one?

or THIS other one.

had enough yet?"

@Squalex

I mean the context there is this has been going on for years under Trump and Biden is just 2 months into being able to even begin to fix the problems that moron started.

Also Biden has allowed reporters into the main detention center at this point and things do need to get fixed but at least update your information.

https://www.thedenverchannel.com/news/national-politics/biden-admin-allows-reporters-inside-border-detention-facility-revealing-overcrowded-conditions

The context still remains though that you're comparing what happened for years under the previous president and acting like Biden should have been able to fix it within 2 months while a pandemic is going on. The truth is that the problem in this country is a fundamental conservative issue that has been delaying need change for decades at this point.

I'm not sure what you mean by Obama and the Iranians in 2012 but I'm fairly certain that it has nothing to do with me mentioning the fact the GOP literally stopped all of Obama's attempts at trying to work on the income inequality problem.

Too soon .

Unbelievable.

I think the entire state of CT is doing utility work today, literally every half mile is a guy with a stop sign and torn up roads on both sides. The same thing the next town over.

Government position is also a prize.

No matter how good the persons intent, the fact is politics is a zero sum game. Joe Biden or Barrack Obama had to cut their deals and appease their doners, the same as anyone else.

That means moral compromises. It's simlly not possibe to win the game of politics without the support of very bad people.

About this part:

I see it a little bit differently.

The fact power can be wielded different ways is what makes it so dangerous.

Not just in the context of government, but in anything. This is why I support free expression, for example. Because a troll is merely annoying, while censorship in the context of moderation can be dangerous.

And since you can't read minds, its always a crap shoot on whether you get a Donald Trump or an FDR.

The best way to end abuse of power, is to ensure no one has any.

It would disagree entirely that it's a crap shoot. It's about making sure people make informed decisions.

There should have been no surprises about what Trump was going to be.

Now that being said the GOP definitely try to keep people uninformed and that leads to people being able to get a way with a lot because they oversight doesn't happen.

We definitely need election reforms in this country.

So been binging on British Youtubers.

Why are they so much funnier then Americans? And the comedy is all situational, not political in the slightest.

Like "Here's a really stupid thing that happened between supermarkets and beans."

Or "How about that time a super secret food critic accidentally revealed himself?"

Almost always good hearty laughs everyone can enjoy.

***** is a Ukrainian immigrant and telling Muslim Americans to go back where they came from.

I liked the classic, "I'm totally not a bigot, I have Muslims friends" at the end.

She was probably jealous of the Muslim woman's good looks.
