Try cooking on the lowest possible heat, or use foil to retain the moisture as it cooks, weirdly, overcooking a poor steak can do the trick too.
I don't "get" government boosters.
It's an issue of trust, or how they don't really justify placing it in a central authority.
The way I see it, the government is made up of common citizens. Many on the left prove they can be skeptical of the man on the street to wipe their own bum, let alone do anything important.
Yet somehow authority equals trustworthyness. As if a politician can't be a corrupt liar, as long as its YOUR politician.
And the "monarchy" supporters are most confusing of all. I get that Democracy is a mess of competing agendas, but do they not realize its better to have a continuous run of middling management, then to be stuck with a tyrant for life?
I mean, these are smart people arguing like a libertarian being distrustful of the intent of a big shot because they may screw you is tin foil hat stuff.
