I would start with one of the old standards and not too spicy maybe Thai green or an Indian Korms and if you enjoy try something spicier. In India particularly as with Chinese food you could argue a meal is all about the starters and side dishes as much as the main. So poppadoms, breads and bargies are key.
I’m 41 and I’ve never had curry.

I’m one of those Texans who puts beans in their chili. I’ve been cooking and adjusting my dad’s recipe for years and I love it. I also NEVER buy instant cornbread mix. My cornbread is homemade from scratch.

I was stationed in Germany in 1999 and I remember the delicious wurst made there. I miss it and really want to visit there again. I had so much fun. Also, German beer makes American beer look like dish water.

My favorite beer is Smithwick’s Irish Red Ale. Simply delicious and savory.Heineken goes perfectly with a fat, juicy steak.
Budweiser goes very well with crawfish, boudin, and a gumbo.
