Operation Warp Speed did not deliver shit. The vaccine was funded by Germany and produced in the U.K. The previous administration even botched the purchase of the necessary doses to vaccinate Americans.

J&J and Moderna received hundreds of millions. Pfizer was offered money they initially rejected, and still profited from mass orders of the vaccine.
Pfizer literally conttadicted the US government claiming they are not a member of the Operation Warp Speed program once they realized all the money they were leaving on the table.
The Biden Administration choosing to rename the program does not negate credit to the Trump administration, whatever credit Biden gets is built on Trump initiating the program.
