I'd advise to lower down the maximum weight, especially in benching, that puts so many joints under high stress. eg Bench 150kg max and do a few more reps to max out. I've had better joint health doing less and sometimes I've only dropped my max by 5-10% in a given exercise. Really depends on the exercise/body part thoughOlder guy at my gym (I'd guess pushing 60 now) who is still extremely ripped and muscular, I never see him lift heavy anymore. I suspect he might take steroids still though on some level.
Focus more on body sculpting and moderate to moderate-high strengthening, instead of pure power lifting. That's for the youngins, not us old guys.
