He's faster then a laser bullet. Louder than an atom bomb. Chromium plated boiling metal. Brighter than a thousand suns.

Peanut butter Kit Kat Chunky's are awesome though. They have a peanut butter version of almost everything it seems in the US, Twix's, M&M's, you name it, there's a decent chance there's a peanut butter variety.

I don't really agree with Mike Pence on most things, but I respect him for sticking to his principles and not letting Trump and his droogs make him do something unconstitutional.
Originally posted by snowdragonI bench four plates either side for 1-3 incline which is 180Kg as a max. About the same Squat for 6 and 200 for 6 deadline. It's O.K. I take diclofenic when joints flair up. My lifts in my youth were roughly 20 - 40 Kg heavier with variable extra reps. Doesn't mean my X rays are not hilarious, they are.
How bad are you hurt overall from your lifts/rugby/muythai now?So my triple lift at 6 3 220 was a bit over 1500lbs nati/raw with no injuries I was 25 now 46.

Thats really good, well done.
One of my superset programs was bench 225 x 20 60 seconds rest 245 for 15 60 seconds 275 12 then 135 for my dips for 3 x 20....interesting I get a bit nervous as I age and I don't lift heavy anymore just the kettlebells with a 100lb for power drills two 32kg, 2 24 kg and 2 16 kg.
