It's called natural evil vs moral evil.
And I am not making this up, although maybe the libertarian I heard it from did.
Simply put, disease happens and people die from it. People grow old and die. People die. This is natural evil.
Forcing someone to take a vaccine is a moral decision.
You have the right to avoid a diseased person, but not a right to throw them in a camp. Nor a right to force a medical procedure on someone who refuses, no matter how well intentioned.
The reasoning is a simple matter of precedent. If you allow the forcing for a good thing, you also allow that same forcing for a bad thing. You can not seperate the two, a force used for good can be used for evil.
And beyond that, no one has the right to force their will on another human being. Persuade, argue, never force. That is by definition oppression.
