1. Jan. 6 demonstrators have been arrested. And continue to be targeted for prosecution.

2. The law very explicitly states that intimidating a judge is a prosecutable offense, including but not limited to picketing in front of the court house or their places of residence. "Peaceful" or otherwise.

The fact is, had this been conservative picketers, they'd already be in jail. It's the DoJ who refuses to act against their own kind.

With the intent of intimidating a judge to change their views it is, that needs to be proven on a case by case basis. If any of the protestors have crossed the line, they should be removed and charged.
