That’s a good assessment of what occurred.
I voted for Bernie, but I had little faith in many of my peers to actually go out and vote, even though many were pro-Bernie.

I didn't know who would be nominated but Harris wasn't in my top 10. Biden had the chance to extend an olive branch to the Bernie Bros to prevent them from going over to Trump like they did in 2016.
