Wrong Detective Dadudemeon!

If the Macy's associate had touched the Black man prior and that was the impetus for the recorded assault, why didn't the Black man assault him immediately?

There is a clear delay between the initial encounter as the Macy's associate's attention is clearly diverted away from the Black guy. I believe the associate said the word ****** and felt the distance and volume at which he uttered the epithet was enough to provide him safety.

I agree with you - there is definitely a delay from when they talked to each other originally and when he decided to sucker punch the Macy's employee from behind.

IMO, after he walked away from the Macy's employee, he was pissed that the gay dude touched him on the shoulder or arm. Talked a few seconds with his friend about it, then he said he was going to pop the dude in the face for touching on him. His friend whipped out his camera when he started walking to sucker-punch the Macy's employee.

How else did he know to bring out his camera to start recording?

There's an alternative position but it doesn't fit the video evidence - it was just a random act of violence like the knockout game. But that doesn't explain why the attacker's first words were to tell the macy's worker to not touch him.

honestly the attacker was likely gay himself, but repressed it cuz his community is so damn homophobic

Remember the guy who was sentenced to 180 years in prison for kidnapping and leading police on a high speed chase, with the bright idea of sueing everyone in sight who uses the footage? For some reason?

Did he have any reason whatsoever to believe he even COULD sue someone for public video footage of a crime in progress?

If so, that would explain all the crimes on camera.. People take their slap on the wrist, do their time, then profit.

The Macy's associate is "TOUCHING" The Black man while he is on the ground pleading. That is what The Black man is referring to in my expert opinion!

Your trying to be funny, but this isn’t actually funny because your trying to hard and it just doesn’t work. It’s funny when Bash does it, not when you do it.

weird post.

I think the sexual orientation of the victim may be incidental. I think it is more likely that the two suspects, Damire Canell Palmer and Damarquay Jovan, planned to film an assault for the express purpose of uploading it to social media, which is exactly what they did.

The attacker uses a present verb tense later in the video and actually says "stop touching me" making the point you're trying to make here, invalid.

When he says it the first time, the victim is not touching him.

Found their names which you referenced. The story has been updated:

Your narrative may be correct. If Macy's saw the surveillance video and they never ever talked to the man, that would make sense why Macy's PR team said the attack was unprovoked.

But why would they target a random stranger that just so happened to be gay? This still looks like a hate crime against gay people, to me.

Disagree... you can irritate anyone on the internet mate. I am well aware of this. 😆

I think DDM and Robtard in their different ways, whilst none of us are Trolls and DDM has different aims, his being propagation of biased and usually evidentially wrong beliefs may be more effective than you or I. DDM is the forums Trump to Robtards Ghandi, we come far lower on the totem next to these avatars of darkness and light.
