I didn't know what happened beforehand, I wasn't there, I asked for proof. But it was covered that even if he had resisted arrest, there was no need to crush his neck after he had been cuffed and subdued. They should have put him in a police car.

Choke holds and kneeling on folks necks is bad, probably not in the best interest of guarding the public.
