Amazing scans each and every one - whether it be Bulleseye killing someone with a toothpick from a distance (which by the way is not just an accuracy feat but a strength AND mental calculation feat), to Superman’s baseball/HV feat (both are also not just accuracy feats but maybe more so mental calculation feats, eg catering for the movement of the earth and the moon to ensure a month later it hits true, and even using that to take out a threat).
Whether it is Deathstroke or Deadshot, a GL sniping across galaxies, the perpetual Hawkeye be Green Arrow debate ...coming up with a ‘best’ is actually quite difficult.
All one can do is just enjoy the scans and the stories.
Although if I had to choose one it would be BullesEye! Why? Because even though there are others who are more accurate over (much) longer distances (eg GL), or significantly more creative with their accuracy (eg Superman), I say BullsEye simply because that’s his only shtick and he is not relying on telescopic vision, super strength and alien mind/GL computer to compute the trajectories. Just his old human brain.
Although as well all know, comic book ‘humans’ like BullsEye, Bruce Wayne and Matt Murdock are anything BUT human.
