In the future shown in HOTMU(which does seem to be *the* future of 616, given that the entire story is geared around, and references issue numbers from, canon 616 issues), Franklin and Galactus are the last beings alive in Marvel... And at the end Franklin seems to become Galactus and creates the next cosmos.

*This series of events was also foretold in Hickman's FF as well.
