This is why it's weird for anyone to say "oh that's a low bar" to those pointing out Trump did nothing wrong. They set this bar, they wanted his returns. I gotta know, setting aside legalities for a second, why is it wrong for Russia to try to interfere with our elections, but this type of shit the NYT and whoever leaked this stuff just pulled is somehow acceptable? Why? Because it was done within our borders it is magically okay?

Since the original reason it was such a bad thing for Russia to do that - weakening the US by creating division - yeah, you're 100% correct. Since the NYT has far more power to weaken the US and create division (and is doing so), shouldn't that mean they are even more culpable than Russia for their actions?

I think the MSM, has to propagate decency given the sickness on social media and youtube where most conspiracy nuts and socially alienated people propagate their red-pilled shit. But that's just me. I'm not a trumpet, bible basher, woman-hater, racist, or any of that shit many people post here, so I probably see it differently to those Venn diagram groups.
