The Blaze posted an article about Michael Bloomberg claiming most gun violence fits a profile of black people, and guns need to be taken away from them to protect them.But they had links to a more reliable source. When I posted the story, I followed it directly to a small town newspaper and copied the passages off it, without the Blaze's spin, because no spin was needed.
Even a biased pundit can be a good starting point to a story, if their sources are solid.
Yup, as tempting as it is, it's usually worth trying to read what it says. A lot of times there will be links to local news stories covering it that are more neutral.
