He's not the only one who is flipping now.

Do you mean that as you think shithole Kentucky will vote him out, or that the Senate will not flip Red in 2022 or both?

I can't see him losing his seat, he's secured his power in KY. But I can see him remaining the 'Minority Leader' again next round.

One day when I have time, I will bravely visit some Southern US blue states on a fact finding mission.

Like when the British came to Americs, I will bring things to trade with the locals like chewing tobacco, rags on sticks etc.

Does seem like people have a habit of claiming they only worked with him, but never embraced him.

Saw a Trump lawyer on CNN recently disavow all the decisions made by the Trump admin, even going as far as to bring in his mother telling him any time she didn't like him taking a constitutional side of someone she didn't like, "What you help him for! He's like a Nazi, who's side are you on the Nazi's or the Jews?" "I''m on the side of the Constitution." "Don't give me that! You have to make a choice! The Nazi's or the Jew's"

As a way of assuring people he knows Trumps a bad guy but believes he has a technical merit, I guess?

The lawyer also assured the anchors he wasn't even being paid for it, and any money he did receive would go to charity (I wonder if a Jewish charity, given his weird story from his mother and the fact the anchor was also Jewish and actually seemed to soften on him a bit after the explanations)

Yeah. We’ll be seeing some waffling for the next few years. I think most republicans will try to embrace as weakly as possible until it’s clear if he’s going to run again in 2024. If he doesn’t run then or if he runs and loses again you’ll see tons of these same republicans overtly try to distance themselves from him once and for all.

Nah, the huge mistake for him was stabbing Trump in the back like the turncoat little weasel he is. Same thing goes for Liz Cheney and other gutless, weak willed RINO's.

Traitors they are, and they will never fully recover from what they did.

I wonder how the Trumps will be welcomed back into Manhattan's elite circles?

I'd imagine a lot will give the cold shoulder, but ideally friends before politics should remain friends after it.

After all, its not as if he was a particularly good person before 2016, nor were his friends.

He was no worse than any other typical politician. Not that he was actually a typical politician himself by any means. Which is a big reason why he was so liked by those of us on the right.

He gave the impression for the longest that he was actually opposed to the deep state, unlike most politicians particularly democrats. This illusion was shattered though when he failed to ever pardon Julian Assange which would have been the biggest middle fiinger to the deep state that he could've possibly given them after they cheated him out of a huge election win.

Perhaps it didn't actually prove that he wasn't opposed to the deep state, maybe it just shows he wasn't as brave as we all (those of us who supported him) thought he was.

Honestly I believe a lot of Trumpers believe this.

No one believes that, jackass. Trump is far from being a Christ-like figure. He was still far better than every single democrat and nearly all other republicans as well though. Doesn't mean we worshipped him as being the second coming ffs as so many of you ignoramuses on the left stupidly think we did.

The hypocrisy makes me laugh, a few years ago they were like 'LOL at dem lefties, needing their safe spaces.' Now they've gone off and even act offended at the notion that their discord is a safe space.

I am no longer part of that Discord gang anymore but from what I remember they welcomed people of all political backgrounds. It's not their fault if so many lefty snowflakes didn't wanna join.

The short time I was there I never saw Broly or any other mod ban anyone for being a leftist, and yes, there were some there so I don't see how that was really a "safe space" for right wingers as you claim.

I'm not engaging with your bs today, pooty.

Go troll someone else.

Statement by Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America

Can anybody believe that the Cleveland Indians, a storied and cherished baseball franchise since taking the name in 1915, are changing their name to the Guardians? Such a disgrace, and I guarantee that the people who are most angry about it are the many Indians of our Country. Wouldn’t it be an honor to have a team named the Cleveland Indians, and wouldn’t it be disrespectful to rip that name and logo off of those jerseys? The people of Cleveland cannot be thrilled and I, as a FORMER baseball fan, cannot believe things such as this are happening. A small group of people, with absolutely crazy ideas and policies, is forcing these changes to destroy our culture and heritage. At some point, the people will not take it anymore!

his next election is in 2026 and he’ll be 85 by then. Either hell retire or lose. Also I think the dems are gonna win the senate in 2022, but may lose the house. The house is close.

More Rightist manufactured outrage to distract away that Trump's close campaign associate had to surrender his passport and post 250million in bail today.
