Sounds accurate considering everything else.
What's funny is some 2016 campaign promises he actually kept he quietly reversed in his last days in office.
Like he enacted a lifetime ban on former Whitehouse officials being allowed to lobby on behalf of foreign governments then on his last day in office he signed another executive order that states
"Employees and former employees subject to the commitments in Executive Order 13770 will not be subject to those commitments after noon January 20, 2021,"
You can come to your own conclusion as to why he would reverse that particular order.
