Well that's on the mayor and governor to control their city and state. I would COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND if the rioters were attacking homes and businesses and the home/business owners armed and defended themselves, but A VIGILANTE MILITIA? There's no way that they didn't go there without any other purpose than hoping to incite Civil War II.

U can understand people defending homes and businesses, but you can't understand how vigilante groups would form when riots and looting are going on and the police are being largely ineffective?

That might be the case but one thing that most these cities have in common, they are already under democrat leadership and have been for a long time. They are already in control of their police and policies.......and many of them have a majority minority police force that is similar to the demographics of the communities.
I said many, not all. Contrary to popular belief the president doesn't have absolute control over all things in the USA.
