Its not willpower based. J'onn was unable to scan her mind as well.

She was able to fight his control via her will while Thor wasn't.

J'onn does scan her mind, yet is overwhelmed by the many voices in her head.

Nothing in your scan shows Wanda fighting any control. Do you have another scan?

Thor, of course.

If any other character was living Thor's life, they'd have thrown themselves into a black hole long ago.

He is overwhelmed by her powers.

Guess you can't read.

Doesn't Thor get amped by prayers?

Not unless explicitly stated.

But he has in the past?

No.

In Astonishing Thor (Chaos War mini-series), he was amped by a prayer, that he tapped into by giving him the "will" to fight, because Thor is ultimately a protector archetype and that gives him power.

P.S. Thor is by far the most popular God in Marvel, he is prayed to everywhere:

It would be nice if he could tap into prayers more consistently to increase his power. It is a very logical explanation of his ability to consistently overcome his limits and get stronger.

So your post simultaneously said no, then.....yes he was in Chaos War?

Let me clarify: As far as I know, prayers have never amped Thor's power before in his 70 year history.

The only instance that it DID make a difference in a fight is during Chaos War. It did not amp his power, but it did strengthen his resolve. He was suffering from a mental attack from Glory, and the prayer was a spark that reignited his will to fight.

It was an amp similar to when Thor sees a human in danger and intervenes. Similar to Lois Lane screaming at Superman to keep going, or Mary Jane yelling for Spider-Man to help her. There was no external transfer of power, just internal digging deep from my interpretation.

I hope that clarified why my answer was no.

Yes it was.

It was Gorr's weapon being inside him that killed him, not the bomb.
