The Pretty Black Hole was a technique with the weight of Universe 2. Basically, a Universal Mass Black Hole. Truly infinite density and gravity that slows time to an infinitesimal crawl inside. Yet, low stamina and exhausted SSJB Goku (after he grew much stronger from breaking his limits two times) broke out of it with his Kamehameha:

It is if it's supposed to he impressive for Jiren.
As Carver seemed to have been aiming for.
I mean, busting a moon is impressive in a vacuum. Not so much for Jiren. (And keep in mind the material wasn't even breaking by a moon buster. Just normal impacts.)
