FPSSJ Goku was around 2 times weaker then Super Perfect Cell (who was SSJ2 level).
Meanwhile SPC could wipe out the entire solar system with a single attack. SSJ3 is several times more powerful then that, and could therefore wipe out the solar system with low difficulty. This is far beyond anything Saitama himself did.

Despite the astronomical gains that Goku and Vegeta have made since the Broly movie, Freeza can just pop-into a time chamber for the equivalent of 10 years and one-shot them(along with Gas, who was "the strongest in the universe"😉 with no real effort at all. Granted, 10 years of continuous training is a LONG time (especially for a prodigy on Freeza's level), but still...
Imagine someone like Broly(assuming he had the mindset to become stronger) getting dropped into the time chamber for a few years... Let alone a decade. Geesus.
